As a Sales User
I want to have a customised sales app
So that all relavant items can be seen from the sales app
Note: This includes removing un-needed functionalty
Given I want to have clear navigation within the system
When users are managing their workload on the sales app
Then they can easily see objects they will commonly use such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts and Contacts
External Inputs
Please provide a a small comapny logo, ideally this will be a 'simple' logo with no text and a transparent background.

Customise Sales App (LightningSales)
Navigate to Setup> App Manager> Sales (LightningSales) > Edit

App Name: company-name Sales
Description: use default
Image: attach image
Primary Color Hex Value: use default
Org Theme Options: False(default)

- Objects: Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity
- Number of Items to Display:

- To Do List (use default settings)
Navigation Items (in this order)
- Home (Advance Seller Home)
- Leads
- Accounts
- Contacts
- Opportunities
- Tasks
- Analytics
- Calendar
User Profiles
- All Custom Sales Profiles
- System Administrator
Test
Steps:
- Open the Sales App
- Check the navigation items at the top of the page
- Check the utility items at the bottom left of the page
Expected Results:
- The app should have the correct navigation items as below:
- Home
- Leads
- Accounts
- Contacts
- Opportunities
- Tasks
- Analytics
- Calendar
- The utility items should be as below:
- To Do List (this contains any tasks that are due)
- Recent Items (this contains the last 10 items viewed)
Service Console App

So that all relavant items can be seen from the service console app

Given I want to have clear navigation within the system
When users are managing their workload on the sales app

- Open the Service Console App (seach for 'Service Console' if not already visible)
- Check the navigation items at the top of the page
- Check the utility items at the bottom left of the page
